winterization

Sprinkler winterization is a necessity in order to protect your system from winter damage. Winterizing is the process of forcing compressed air into the sprinkler system and then cycling through each control valve until the water has been removed from the sprinkler/irrigation system. WHEN BAD WEATHER HITS, YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY After the water has been removed, the sprinkler system should not be turned on until the following spring, when temperatures no longer have the potential of freezing any water in the system. Each Fall, it’s important to have your sprinklers winterized before the cold settles in. A LDL Irrigation technician can give you a complete shutdown and blowout at the end of the season.

Snow & Ice Managment

From industry-standard snow practices to ASCA standards, LDL puts together a comprehensive snow action plan tailored to each site(s) needs. In addition, LDL conducts quality control audits during the event, and several days/nights after each snow event until no further action is needed. Our management team diligently looks for hazards, confirms correct snow pile placement, and photographs the property for documentation purposes. Our proactive approach to quality control significantly reduces your exposure to liability on your property.
